Full and entire ownership of the industrial warehouse intended for artisanal warehousing at an altitude of up to 663 square meters of commercial space, located in Valdina (ME), via San Nicola s.n.c., registered in the cadastre of buildings on sheet 1, parcel 119 sub 20, category C/2, with an adjoining external courtyard, in front of the warehouse, consisting of the portion already registered in the cadastre of subaltern 9 of the plot 119. The shed and the external courtyard are accessed by crossing a portion of parcel 119, subordinate 24 (an uncensible common asset on which there is pedestrian and driveway traffic for access to the particles surveyed in subbs. 7 and 8, which are part of another lot). The appurtenant external court (sub. 9) and the portion of the area through which access is exercised (portion of sub 24) are graphically identified on page 35 of the appraisal report.
